- Detailed Wedding Day Timeline (includes setup instructions and contact information) prepared and distributed to you and all related vendors
- Conduct Rehearsal
- Wedding Day and Reception Coverage
- Trip and mileage charges between locations
- Good Morning Wake-Up Call
- Return Tuxedos (and event related items)
- Vendor Follow-up (if needed)

Hourly Consultation ($120 per hour) Entertain With Ease, Inc. may be retained as your event consultant at the rate of $120.00 per hour for services, which include but are not limited to, phone calls, face to face meetings, and travel time to and from any and all appointments. Time will be kept track of in 15 minute increments. Any additional costs incurred to execute your request, such as postage, printing, film development, etc. will be reimbursable to Entertain With Ease, Inc. Entertain With Ease, Inc. will keep accurate records of all time spent on phone calls and meetings made on your behalf. A statement of such record will be sent to your attention at any time during the planning process.
